THE OTHER ONE WAS THE PARK. AND THE THIRD ONE WAS THE SHORELINE. THOSE ARE BASICALLY THE THREE PRINCIPLES OF THE PLANT THAT WAS PRESENTED TO US AT THE WORKSHOP. I KNOW THE MARINA BUSINESS INSIDE AND OUT. I HAVE REVIEWED THE FINANCIALS AND YOU KNOW I HAVE BEEN HERE AT THE MEETINGS FOR QUITE SOME TIME. FOR EIGHT MONTHS I HAVE BEEN COMING HERE I BELIEVE THE MARINA CAN BE SUCCESSFUL. THERE ARE SOME ADJUSTMENTS THAT NEED TO BE MADE EVERYONE IS TALKING ABOUT DIFFERENT THINGS. IT DOES NEED TO BE MONITORED. I BELIEVE IT CAN MOVE FORWARD WITHOUT ADDITIONAL DEBT IN THE FUTURE. THE DEAD ACCUMULATION IN THE PAST NEEDS TO BE DEALT WITH BUT THAT IS ANOTHER SUBJECT. THE BUSINESS BEGAN TO FAIL. UNFORTUNATELY I SOLD IT WITHOUT CARRYING A MORTGAGE OR ANY FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY AND EVEN THOUGH I WAS OKAY FINANCIALLY IT BROKE MY HEART. I HAVE NOT WANTED TO GO THERE [00:10:04] FOR A LONG TIME.
