SO WE ARE OVER 1/4 WITHIN THE YEAR YOU WILL START TO SEE PROJECTS MOVING TO THE WIN COLUMN, MARKED BLUE. LOOKING AT THE RECORDS COLUMN SECOND FROM THE LEFT NUMBER FOUR, T-HANGER PAYMENT REHABILITATION PROJECT UNDER THE AIRPORT, FDOT REHAB ADDITION PROJECT AND MOVING ON DOWN THE FIRST ONE IN YELLOW NUMBER 12 THIS IS THE DOCK REHABILITATION BUDGETED FOR THE MARINA REHABILITATION OF DOCK G, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE DINGHY DOCK, ABOUT 400 FOOT OF THE DOCK SYSTEM WE HAVE SEVEN DOCK SYSTEMS AT THE MARINA. THE COMING OF THE PROJECT IS CRITICAL BECAUSE ONCE WE HAVE THIS PROJECT COMPLETE BOTH ON THE NORTHERN SIDE OF BRETTS (PHONETIC) WILL BE RELOCATED TO THE SOUTHERN PORTION THIS IS COMMONLY KNOWN AS DOCK G, ON YOUR AGENDA FOR REVIEW AND APPROVAL LATER TONIGHT. WILL MOVE FORWARD IF APPROVED WITH THE REHABILITATION OF THE DOG.

AND THEN AS MENTIONED ONCE WE GET READY FOR THE (INDISCERNIBLE) DEMOLITION THE VERSES ON THE NORTHERN SIDE WILL RELOCATE TO THE SOUTHERN

MOVING DOWN TO ATLANTIC SEAFOOD AS YOU CAN SEE THAT FACILITY IS GONE. ALLOW DELAYS IN PERMITTING. BUT ONCE WE RECEIVE THE PERMITS, CITY STAFF AND THE CONTRACTOR MOVED QUICKLY. CITY STAFF ONE IN BEHIND THE CONTRACTOR AND DID SOME SHORELINE STABILIZATION. THE CONTRACTOR JUST FINISHED COMPLETION OF THE SIDEWALK SO THAT WE CAN CONTINUE OPERATION OF THE BOAT RAMP AND USE OF THIS AREA. THIS IS SOMEWHAT TEMPORARY IN NATURE BECAUSE ONCE THE EXPANSION OF THE WATERFRONT PARK GETS FULLY DESIGNED AND UNDERWAY, IN THAT SECOND SEAWALL THERE IN THE BOAT RAMP AND PARKING LOT C AND D, AT THE WATERFRONT PARK AREA, ONCE THAT IS COMPLETED THAT WOULD CHANGE THIS LOCATION.

THAT IS STILL WAYS OUT SO WE NEED TO PUT IN THE NECESSARY INFRASTRUCTURE TO KEEP THE BOAT RAMP AND THE MARINA SAFE AND OPERATIONAL.

NUMBER 26 MOVING ON DOWN THE LIST, WE GOT A LOT OF BEACH BOARDWALK STUFF DONE AND WE HAD FOUR PROJECTS THAT WE DID REHABILITATION OF THIS YEAR.

AND THESE OTHER FUNDS THAT COME IN FROM THE GENERAL FUND AND OUR SAND TAX DOLLARS THAT COME BACK FROM THE COUNTY SO NOW WE HAVE FOUR STRUCTURES THIS YEAR AND UNDERNEATH THAT IS BEACH BOARDWALK REPLACEMENT NUMBER NINE, YOU SEE THAT IN ROW 27.

THAT PROJECT IS CURRENTLY WITH FDPE IN THEIR PERMITTING PHASE WE LOOK FORWARD FOR THE RESPONSE, AND BRING THAT ITEM BACK TO YOU FOR YOUR CONSIDERATION.

WHILE TALKING BOARDWALKS AS YOU WOULD BUDGETED FOR CONDITION ASSESSMENT AND THE LAST TIME IT WAS NOT IN 2019. IS OVERDUE AND WE HAVE A LOCAL OVER AND NEITHER WILL DO A CONDITIONAL ASSESSMENT, SO WE CAN BETTER BUDGET AND PREPARE FOR NEXT YEAR'S BUDGET AND THE PROJECT ASSOCIATED WITH THAT.

NUMBER 38 HERE IS AREA 6 DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENT AND YOU WILL START TO SEE A LOT MORE WORK HAPPENING RIGHT HERE ON ASH ST., THE AREA SIX BASIN, THE STORMWATER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT FUNDED FORMALLY THROUGH ARPA MONEY AND THE COMBINATION OF THAT AND THE RESILIENT FLORIDA GRANT. THIS IS A $1.9 MILLION PROJECT ONCE AGAIN IT IS A REHAB OF THE STORMWATER SYSTEM THERE FROM 4TH ST., TO THE WATERFRONT AT ASH ST.

SUCCESSFUL STAKEHOLDER MEETING WITH HOTEL OWNERS AND RESIDENTS THAT LIVE IN THE AREA AND THE PROJECT IS EXPECTED TO BE COMPLETE BY THE END OF JULY.

THAT IS ALL I HAVE. DID YOU WANT TO MENTION AS FAR AS PROJECT MANAGEMENT, WE'RE SLOWLY -- I'M SLOWLY COMING ON BOARD WITH OUR CLEAR GOV SYSTEM SO OUR FINANCE DEPARTMENT HAS BEEN WORKING ON CREATING THIS DASHBOARD AND UPLOADING ALL THE PROJECT TO IT.
