COMMISSIONER ROSS IS GONE NOW BUT WE'VE HAD THIS CONVERSATION AND HE SEEMS TO THINK IT'S A WASH HE'S JUST GOING TO MOVE SOME OF THE PARKING AROUND BUT ALL OF THIS IS GOING PUT IT MUCH FURTHER AWAY FROM THE ENTRANCE OF THE MARINA WHICH IS BASICALLY THE WATERWAY CAFE. SO ABOUT HALF OF THE PARKING LOT A WILL BE MADE INTO A PARK. MOST OF THOSE PARKING SPACES CLOSEST TO THE RIVER WILL BE CONVERTED INTO A GRASS PARK. AND ABOUT TWO THIRDS OF PARKING LOT B. AND I HAVE A REAL CONCERN WITH THAT. IT'S DEFINITELY GOING TO NEGATIVELY AFFECT MY BUSINESS. IT'S NOT THAT I'M ARGUING TONIGHT JUST TO KEEP MY BUSINESS ALIVE.
