AS YOU ARE AWARE, WE HAD -- DOWN HERE A FEW MONTHS BACK. THIS PROVIDES US AN THE COUNT OF THE AVAILABLE , POTENTIAL AVAILABLE PARKING WITHIN THE DOWNTOWN PROGRAM. THE DAY-TO-DAY IN THIS SCENARIO WITH THE 681 SPACES FOR THE ACTUAL DOWNTOWN WE ARE ALL FAMILIAR WITH SOME OF THE IMPROVEMENTS WE HAVE DONE SINCE WE REALLY BEGIN THIS DISCUSSION OVER THE LAST YEAR IS THE PARKING LOT ANNEX. THIS IS AN IMPROVED LOT WITH ALL ADDITIONAL SPOTS ON EXISTING CITY PROPERTY. ADDITIONAL SPOTS . THIS IS THE SECOND BEACH, JUST SOUTH OF CITY HALL.
