FOR THOSE OF YOU THAT DON'T KNOW ADVISORY COMMITTEE IS MADE UP OF HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS, RESIDENTS, THEY ARE ELECTED BY THE CITY COMMISSION AND SERVE ON A VOLUNTARY BASIS. LAST MONTH WAS THE TWO-YEAR ANNIVERSARY OF THE RESURGENCE. I BEEN BLOWN AWAY BY THE AMOUNT OF THE ACCOMPLISHMENTS IS IS MADE AND ASKED HIM TO COME HERE TO SHARE THE COMPETENCES HE APPEARED WITH THAT I WILL TURN IT OVER TO OLIVIA ROGERS, SHE IS OUR CHAIR.

WE HAVE FAMILY FRIENDLY AND ONE COMING UP THIS SATURDAY I WOULD LOVE TO SEE ALL YOUR FACES WERE DOING IS PICKING MOVIE I WOULD LOVE TO SEE ALL THESE FACES YOU THAT WOULD BE SO EXCITING WE HOPE TO GENERATE. WE HAD A COUPLE OF PEOPLE FOUND OUT ABOUT IT AND THEY ALSO CAME THE HOUR DRIVE THAT WAS FUN TO GET TO KNOW THEM AND WE ALSO HELP ENCOURAGE SMALL BUSINESSES BECAUSE OF OUR SPONSORS AFFORD EVERYTHING IN OUR FOOD TRUCKS WE HAVE JACK'S TACO AND WHEEZING FOR SENIORS SUNRISE AND I'M SO EXCITED TO ENCOURAGE AND UPLIFT SMALL BUSINESSES IN THE TOWN THAT WE RUN ON SMALL BUSINESS. ON AVERAGE WE PROBABLY ENTER INTO PEOPLE IN THE PAST FOR I CAN'T WAIT TO PUT ON THE TEXT TO AND HAVE MORE OF AN AUDIENCE. THANK YOU SO MUCH.

THE SEPTEMBER REPORT IS PRELIMINARY AND THERE ARE TRANSACTIONS THAT ARE BEING REPORTED FOR THE FISCAL YEAR END, SEPTEMBER IS A 12 MONTH AND REPRESENTS 100% OF THE BUDGET AND FISCAL YEAR. FOR THE GENERAL FUND YEAR TO DATE REVENUE 100% OF THE ANNUAL BUDGET, THE STUDENT PROPERTY TAX

AND STATE REVENUE RECEIVES. >> OVERALL YEAR TO DATE 80.4% BUT WE'RE STILL REPORTING SOME TRANSACTIONS IN THE ONLY DEPARTMENT THAT IS OVER THE SMART IS THE CITY COMMISSION AND THAT IS DUE TO THE SEARCH FOR THE CITY MANAGER.

I SECOND AT INDIGO STREET AND IT DOES CONTAIN SOME IMPROVEMENTS INCLUDING A BASKETBALL COURT AND SOME OTHER GAZEBO STRUCTURES AND BIKE RACKS BUT HAS A MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL ASSOCIATED WITH IT.

A THIRD PROPERTY LOCATED OFF OF ELM STREET ADJACENT TO THE BALLFIELDS CONTAINING 15 LOTS OF RECORD ON IT.

AND WITH THE MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL LAND USE.

I PUT THE INFORMATION AND THE RECORD OUT THERE BUT THAT DOES NOT NECESSARILY MEAN THAT YOU COULD DEVELOP THE FULL CAPACITY FOR ANY OF THE UNITS. I HAVE NOT FULLY ANALYZE THEM TO SEE HOW SETBACKS OR POTENTIAL HOUSING DESIGN MIGHT AFFECT THE STRUCTURES THAT WOULD EXIST THERE.

WHILE THE SPIRIT OF THIS ACT IS REALLY GOOD, THE LETTER COULD HAVE FAR-REACHING CONSEQUENCES AND IT TAKES AWAY LOCAL CONTROL OF HOW THESE UNITS ARE BUILT. THERE ARE CITIES IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA THAT ARE PUSHING BACK AGAINST THIS ACT BECAUSE OF THAT REASON. THE ACT MANDATES THAT THESE HOUSES CAN BE BUILT UP TO THREE STORIES TALL AND THAT THEY MUST ALLOW THE HIGHEST ALLOWED DENSITY FOR THE MULTI-FAMILY DWELLINGS. 40% OF THE UNITS WILL BE DESIGNATED FOR AFFORDABLE HOUSING.

WHICH IS DESCRIBED HERE AS A LOCAL AREA MEDIAN HOUSEHOLD

INCOME. IN FERNANDINA BEACH AS A 2021 THE MEDIAN HOUSEHOLD INCOME WAS 85 AND $260.
