ON THE WATERFRONT. OUR RECOMMENDATION IS TO HAVE AS MUCH PARKING THERE IS POSSIBLE AND HAVE ADDITIONAL PARKING ON EAST STREET. WE WERE ABLE TO FIND SOME PARCELS THAT MIGHT BE APPROPRIATE . AT THIS POINT, WITH LITTLE FINANCIAL IMPACT ON THE CITY. ON CITY PROPERTY. IT IS IN YOUR PACKET OF THE SPECIFIC AREAS . AS I LOOKED THROUGH THE PACKET I SAW SO MANY AREAS WOULD INCREASE PARKING AND SOME WOULD INCREASE PARKING, IS THAT CORRECT?
