WAS THIS RIDDEN WITH A NEW CITY HALL IN MIND? ALMOST GET TO DESIGN IN CERTAIN PLACES, SO AS THIS MADE WITH THE ASSUMPTION THAT WE ARE GOING AHEAD WITH A CITY HALL?

IT IS GOING TO HAVE TO COME UP TO LEVEL II. AND THE OUTSIDE SKIN, THE ROOF NEED TO BE REPLACED AND THE OUTSIDE SIDING WOULD NEED TO BE REPLACED AND THERE ARE NO WINDOWS.

PEOPLE THOUGHT LOOKING AT THE TECH CENTER THING, THE HANDOUTS THAT I HANDED OUT PRIOR TO THIS MEETING, THERE IS AN ALTERNATIVE OF LEAVING THE PEOPLE WITH PACK AND BUILDING A SMALLER BUILDING NEXT DOOR. AND NOT ONLY LOOKING AT THE OPTIONS WITH SOME ELEVATION DRAWINGS, BUT HOW YOU WOULD PAY FOR THAT. BECAUSE ONE OF THE THINGS THAT WE SAID, WAS THAT WE DIDN'T WANT TO PUT CITY HALL ON THE BOND. AND THAT IS B& THE MATERIAL THA WAS PRESENTED PRIORTO THE MEETING, THERE IS AN ALTERNATIVE THERE TO BUILD A MUCH SMALLER BUILDING NEXT DOOR, SIMPLY OUT OF IMPACT . IN REALITY, YOU COULD PROBABLY START CONSTRUCTION ON THE YEAR FROM NOW.

AND THE MONEY IS ALREADY IN THE BANK.

I AM NOT EVEN SURE IT IS UP TO CODE. COMBINE THAT WITH THE LACK OF ANY FIRE SAFETY, SO YOU HAVE A REALLY BAD ELECTRICAL SYSTEM WITH NO FIRE SAFETY. THAT IS AN EQUATION FOR DISASTER.
