WE DID APPLY FOR A FUNDS PERMIT PERMIT HE IS NOT STARTED ANY INSTALLATION OF THAT FUNDS. ON THE PORCH, HE APPLIED FOR A

PERMIT JANUARY 11. THAT PERMIT HAS BEEN ON HOLD EVER SINCE. 3/11, I BELIEVE IT WAS KAREN AUSTIN MAKE NOTES IN THE SYSTEM THAT HE NEEDS PLANS, AS UPLIFT AND PRODUCT APPROVAL. AND HE IS NOT GETTING THE NECESSARY INFORMATION TO THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT SO THEY CAN PROCESS HIS PERMIT. IT IS IN HIS COURT AND HE IS JUST NOT GETTING IT DONE. IT IS NOT THE BUILDING DEPARTMENTS FELT , IT IS THE RESPONDENTS FAULT.

IN THE PREFAB SHED IN THE BACK, HE DID APPLY FOR A PERMIT AFTER THE DATE. HE APPLIED FOR IT ON THE 28TH OR JANUARY 28. THAT WAS SEVEN DAYS AFTER THE DATE THE BOARD ORDERED THEM TO APPLY BY AND IT IS IN REVIEW.

ASHLEY MANNING SAYS IT NEEDS PLANS AND THE AS OF MARCH 11, KAREN SAID THEY DID SUBMIT PLANS.

BUT IT IS STILL IN REVIEW STATUS.

SO BASICALLY THE PORCH IS ON HOLD BECAUSE IT NEEDS PLANS, SUBLIST AND PRODUCT APPROVAL. THE SHED, APPARENTLY HE SUBMITTED PLANS BUT IT IS IN REVIEW.

THE FUNDS PERMIT HAS BEEN ISSUED AND IT HAS BEEN OVER 30 DAYS AND HE HAS DONE NOTHING TO START THAT WORK.

AND POSTED A NOTICE ON THE FRONT DOOR GIVING THE OWNER 10 DAYS TO CORRECT THE VIOLATIONS THAT ARE RECORDED PHOTOGRAPHS OF THE POSTING ON THE NOTICE OF THE VISIT ON THE FRONT DOOR AND OF THE VIOLATIONS HERE THIS IS THE NOTICE ON THE FRONT DOOR.

THAT WAS THE CAR ON JACK STAND .

THEY DID CORRECT THIS VIOLATION.

THEY DID CORRECT THE SITUATION HERE.THE VIOLATION THAT STANDS IS THE OUTSIDE STORAGE. HE IS WORKING ON CARS HERE.

AND SO GOING BACK TO THE CASE, AND DID THE ORIGINAL INSPECTION JANUARY 26, 2021 RELATED THE SECOND INSPECTION ON FEBRUARY 9 HEAR THE PROPERTY WAS STILL IN VIOLATION OF OUTSIDE STORAGE OVER THE CAR ON THE JACK STANDS HAD BEEN REMOVED. FEBRUARY 10TH WE SET ON THE CERTIFIED LETTER GIVING THE OWNER 10 ADDITIONAL DAYS TO COME INTO COMPLIANCE RECORD DATE TO APPEAR BEFORE THE BOARD WAS ON THAT LETTER.EBRUARY 17.

WE RECEIVED THE RETURN RECEIPT CARD FOR THE POST OFFICE GIVING US PROPER NOTICE THAT THE OWNER SEEM TO RESOLVE IT.

FEBRUARY 22 AND PERFORMED A NOTICE OF VIOLATION INSPECTION, WHICH CONFIRMED THE OUTSIDE STORAGE WAS STILL IN VIOLATION.

DURING THIS TIME THEY ARE STILL CLEANING THE PROPERTY IN PARIS THEY ARE STILL MAKING PROGRESS. MARCH 23 AND TRY TO MAKE CONTACT WITH THE OWNERS ABOUT THE REMAINING ITEMS THAT NEEDED TO BE REMOVED OR STORED. BUT THERE WAS NOBODY HOME.

AND LEFT A NOTE FOR THEM TO CALL ME.

ON THE NOTE I SAID THIS IS WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE.

SO IF YOU WILL CORRECT THESE ITEMS HE WILL HAVE TO COME BEFORE THE BOARD. THEY DIDN'T DO THOSE THINGS AND SO HERE WE ARE. MARCH 24 PRE-AGENDA INSTRUCTION WAS DONE WHICH SHOWED THE SAME THINGS SHOWING FOR THIS PROPERTY SEEMS TO BE AN ONGOING PROBLEM WITH OUTSIDE STORAGE AND INOPERABLE VEHICLES. DONORSCLEAN THE PROPERTY QUITE A BIT FROMWHEN I FIRST CITED THE PROPERTY .

BUT IT SEEMS TO REVERT BACK TO PREVIOUS CONDITIONS AFTER THE CASE IS CLOSED AND RESOLVED . THE CITY RECOMMENDS A MOTION TO BE MADE BY THE PROPERTY VIOLATION OF FIVE .09 OUTSIDE STORAGE GIVING THE RESPONDENT 10 ADDITIONAL DAYS TO COME INTO COMPLIANCE BY 4/11/21. THE CITY RECOMMENDS A MOTION BE MADE THAT ALL ADMIN FEES BE PAID BY THE RESPONDENT AND THAT A FINE OF $50 A DAY TO BEGIN ON 4/12/2021.
